I want people to see our tattoo and go "what the fuck is that. How did you come up with this". That's a favorite.
$175 an hour. $200 for coverups. When I do flat rates for tattoos, it's based off of this.
I specialize in graphic blackwork and illustrative surrealism.Lately, I've been working on nailing down a multi-textured, painting-inspired style, focusing heavily on shape, that's all mine. It's a bit experimental but it's been some of my cleanest and most personal work so far.I've also been trained in american traditional, ornamental, lettering, and color. The tattoo industry puts a lot of effort into keeping appointments clean and safe. But this creates mountains of plastic waste from the studio.I try to keep our impact as lower by using small business sourcing, and a setup of compostable and bio-degradable supplies wherever possible. This reduces our crude plastic waste to 10-20% of what it once was without sacrificing safety or quality, and keeps more money local.This includes a strong anti-AI policy.These choices won't create all the changes that we want to see, there's still a lot of work to do. But it gives us a way to choose a slightly better option.
