You can now schedule appointments with your clients. Automatically or manually. You're in full control. Pick whatever flow fits you well. You are in the full control.

Propose a few dates & let your client pick. Open your calendar & let them grab any available spot, automatically. Or set the exact date & time yourself.

Or let the client choose from you schedule themselves. Set your weekly schedule in the settings & we'll do the rest.

Oh yeah and you can always just set the date & time yourself. Whatever fits best you.

Every appointment has a type. Appointment, Follow-up, Touch-up, or Consultation. Set the duration too. We'll automatically calculate your availability so there gonna be no double booking.

We send the client an invitation to confirm. As always, every confirmation lands in your email.

Everything In One Place

The new Schedule page shows your availability & every appointment, side by side. Sorted into Upcoming & Past. Easy to read. Easy to manage.

View any scheduled event. Cancel a booking. Create your own event by hand, or edit one you already have. All your appointments, in one place.

You can also block time. Not just for appointments. Block the hours you don't work, or any slot you want kept off the table. Hit + New → "Not available" & pick a date & time. We'll make sure nothing gets booked over it. Simple. Easy.

Google Calendar, In Sync

Live in Google Calendar? Now your schedule lives there too.

We create a separate calendar. We manage it & keep it up to date with every event. Head to Settings → Schedule → Google Calendar & enable it.

Once it's on & your events are synced, hit "Add calendar". We'll send you to Google Calendar with a prompt to add it to your workspace. That's it.

You'll Always Know

As always, you're never out of the loop. A client picks a date. A client accepts a slot you proposed. The moment it happens, you'll know.

Every change shows up in your notifications. We'll send an email with all the details, too.
