All your payments in one place
Inked Vice takes payments now. Deposits, final payments, one-off buys, all collected right where the booking already lives. Here's a look at the new Payments & Invoicing feature.
The new Payments page pulls it together. Everything you create shows up in a single list (draft, pending, paid, refunded) tied to the booking it came from. You can see what's still owed, what's already in, and who paid it. No more scrolling through e-transfers or hunting for screenshots.
No more chasing. No more “wait, did that deposit actually come through?”

It can't be simpler than that
Creating a payment takes about ten seconds. Pick what fits: a deposit to lock in a slot, a general payment, or a purchase for merch, flash, whatever you're selling. Set the amount, drop a note, done.
Then send it however the moment calls for:
- Share a link. Paste it into a chat or wherever you talk to your client.
- Show a QR code. Made for grabbing a deposit in person at the studio.
- Email it. We'll send your client everything they need to pay.
They pay by card, and the payment updates the second it goes through.

Secured by Stripe
Every payment runs through Stripe, one of the biggest payment providers on the planet, trusted by everyone from solo studios to the largest companies online. It's certified to the highest security standard in the game (PCI DSS Level 1) and wraps every transaction in bank-grade encryption.
We never see or store your clients' card info. When someone pays, their card and banking details go straight to Stripe. None of it passes through us, and we don't hold onto any of it. Stripe handles that part start to finish, exactly how it's built to.
So you get paid, your clients' info stays safe, and nobody has to think about the wiring behind it.

Get paid out, on your schedule
The Payouts page shows your total balance, what's available to pay out right now, and every payout you've made. Hit Pay out to send your available balance to your bank, or set a schedule and let it run on its own.
